If you are registered with us as Cutesy Cup family, go to your account profile, on the top right section of the homepage. Under the dashboard section, you will see the list of all your orders placed. The exact status of each order will be displayed next to it.

As soon as you order an item the Status will be shown as Placed.

In another 24-36 hours, the Status will be changed to Processing.

In another 3-10 business days, the Status will be changed to Shipped.

After your order is Shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can check the exact status by entering the Tracking number in the Dashboard section of your account profile.

We make all efforts in adhering to exact processing/delivery timelines, but in events of high volume sales, some of the products may become out of stock at our warehouse. In such cases there might be a slight delay in restocking the product and sending it your location.

In any case, if the order has not been shipped for more than 14 days, you are eligible for a complete refund. Just email us at care@cutesycup.com and we will take care of the rest.

Some of the products have long delivery times (14-28 business days). Please check the exact delivery time mentioned in your confirmation email. If you feel that you have waited long enough, reach out at care@cutesycup.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping for all our orders.

Order processing time is the taken taken for us to prepare your order for shipping. This is typically 3-10 business days based on the product and its current order volume.

Delivery time is the time taken for the product after it is shipped from our warehouse till it is reaches your lovely home. This varies based on your exact destination and shipping methods & varies from 5-10 business days.

Delivery is free for all orders above 40$.

For orders below 40$, standard delivery fee of 10$ will be applicable.

We always use Express delivery service as long as it is available for the destination country. Otherwise Standard service will be used and you will be intimated about the same in your confirmation email.

Cutesy Cup does not have any control over these charges, and you may have to check with your local customs office for exact charges.

If you are lucky, your package might just slip past the custom duty, but if charged you are liable to pay the charges as per your local law & regulations. Cutesy Cup will not bear any charges related to custom duty.

Any return must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Any product which is damaged/defective or does not adhere to our quality guidelines can be returned.

Please follow below guidelines carefully for easy returns without any hassles.

A. Send an email to care@cutesycup.com with the below details.
• Order number
• Name of the products to be returned
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (For reference)

B. Our customer associate will check all the details and reply to your email within 24 hours, and if approved, with a RIN (Return Identifying Number).
C. Kindly print the mail received with RIN and put inside the package when you ship it.
D. Please ship the package to the address mentioned in the email and send us the tracking number after you have shipped the product.
E. Once we receive the package, you will receive the refund in 3-4 business days.

Please note that all returned products should be unused (Not worn/washed/altered) and sent strictly according to the above guidelines. You will bear the complete cost of returning the package.
